How far would you go!

How far would you go when supporting the people in need?

In the “Emotional Traffic Light 情緒紅綠燈” wellness workshops for elders, I forgot my appearance, I let go of my elegance and just to be connecting with the elders and making them happy wholeheartedly.

Your heart melts when you see the smiling faces and hear the gigglings in the crowd.

BTW, they could not remember my name and they called me “traffic light 紅綠燈”!

Just like my coaching, it was usually a mixture of tears and laughter in the process. The impact was not only knowing their emotional pattern and how to regulate their emotions, but more importantly it’s the determination of letting go of the bitterness in life that some of the elders have been carrying with them for decades. (從開始愁眉深鎖,到紅綠燈最後一節展開歡顏,分享說會放低含住幾十年嘅苦)

I have always been fond of traffic light and I used it a lot for project management when I was working in the bank. Then I adopted it when building different wellness programs around the concept/tool “emotional traffic light” for elders, caregivers, startups etc.

The concept is simple but simple is the beauty and I used a lot of real life examples to engage different audience.
