It was such an honor! Professor Cinzia Canali took my suggestion using “Interchangeable” to describe one of her concepts!
In a lecture at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Professor Canali shared how to work with local NGOs closely in Italy and help them develop evaluation models. She also introduced some instruments and methodology adopted for evaluation.
Professor Canali is experienced in evaluative research and evaluation of services, with particular attention to children and family services. She is involved in multi-site research in Italy about children at risk of out-of-home placement.
I was so impressed by her closing remark: “listen to your clients!”
