Looking at the pictures can you tell which ones are the real chicken and barbecue pork and which are the soft meal specially prepared for the elderly?
Knowing Charles Law first and Stephanie recently, I have always appreciated what Culture Homes 文化村 does to improve the elders’ quality of life. Stephanie introduced the Japanese soft meal to Hong Kong back in 2014 and has been trying to localize the products since then. https://lnkd.in/fnctCE3
Being a long time caregiver, I was absolutely amazed when I saw all these Hong Kong locals’ favorite food sitting on the table. It was such a touching moment as our loved ones could have joy in eating and possibly triggering treasured childhood memories. Can you imagine the positive stimulation that could bring to the elders!
